Bulelwa is committed to lifelong learning. She joined Acorn Education as a teacher coach in November 2017. Prior to joining Acorn Education, she provided developmental support to 23 teachers in 11 schools in Eastern Cape to reanimate the pedagogy of Foundation Phase teaching. Bulelwa combined curriculum development and teacher training to promote bi-literacy programmes in early childhood education.
Bulelwa has 13 years Foundation Phase teaching experience. Her passion is mentoring and coaching teachers in implementing suitable strategies for their classrooms.
Bulelwa has a Foundation Phase Diploma from Dr. W.B. Rubusana College of Education and a Higher Diploma in Learners with Special Needs in Education from the University of Stellenbosch. She is completing her Curriculum Development (Hons.) degree at North West University.
